Commercial Use

What you can and cannot do commercially with generated videos and images, broken down by paid entitlement.
Apr 9, 2026

Summary

Free plan output without paid entitlement is for personal exploration only and is watermarked. Starter, Creator, and Pro plans grant commercial-use rights at different scopes (individual + small team, company-internal, and full with redistribution respectively). One-time Credit Pack purchases grant commercial-use rights for generations created while the account has paid generation entitlement, subject to the rules below and the Content Policy.

Independent site notice

This site is an independent, browser-based creative tool. We are not the developer of the underlying video models and we are not the official site of any third-party model (Kling, Seedance, Runway, Veo, Sora, or others). We route your prompts to third-party providers and return the output to you. When you use a generated clip commercially, you are relying on the license we grant you here plus the terms of our upstream providers.

What "commercial use" means here

Commercial use includes, but is not limited to:

  • Using a generated clip in a paid ad, product listing, or sponsored post.
  • Posting a generated clip on a monetized social account (ad revenue, affiliate links, sponsorships).
  • Using a generated clip as part of a paid client deliverable.
  • Using a generated clip in a product you sell, in a storefront, or in a subscription service.
  • Using a generated clip as part of a film, show, or course you sell.

Personal use includes, but is not limited to:

  • Sharing a generated clip on a personal social account with no monetization.
  • Saving clips to your device for exploration and learning.
  • Sending a clip to a friend.

Commercial use rights by paid entitlement

EntitlementCommercial license
Free without paid entitlementPersonal exploration only. Outputs are watermarked. No commercial use.
Credit PackCommercial license for generations created after the first paid Credit Pack purchase. Does not raise concurrency, history retention, or support level.
Starter ($19.99/mo)Commercial license — individual creators and small teams (up to 5 people).
Creator ($49.99/mo)Commercial license — company-internal use (unlimited team size).
Pro ($99.99/mo)Full commercial license — includes redistribution and resale rights.

All commercial licenses include the right to use generated content in paid advertising, client work, and products you sell. Outputs remain subject to our Content Policy.

If you downgrade from a paid plan to Free, clips you already generated while paid keep their commercial-use rights. If you buy a Credit Pack, generations created after that paid entitlement keep clean download and commercial-use rights even if you later spend down the pack credits. New clips generated on Free before any paid entitlement do not receive commercial-use rights.

What we do NOT grant

  • Rights to third-party material you supplied. If you upload a reference image, a product photo, a logo, or a brand asset you do not own, we do not grant you any rights to use it. You are responsible for securing those rights from the original owner.
  • Rights to a real person's likeness. If a real person appears in your input or output, you are responsible for having their consent.
  • Rights to a copyrighted character or trademarked brand. We do not grant rights to Disney characters, Marvel characters, famous brand logos, or similar material, and we may block generation jobs that target them.
  • Endorsement. A commercial license from us is not an endorsement of how you use the output.

Attribution

Attribution is not required. You do not need to credit us in your published work. If you do want to credit the workspace, a short line such as "Generated with our AI video workspace" or a link back to our site is fine.

Safe harbors and limits

We cannot warrant that a generated clip is free of third-party claims. Video models sometimes produce outputs that look like copyrighted characters, public figures, or trademarked designs. You remain responsible for reviewing output before publishing commercially. When in doubt, regenerate or adjust your prompt.

We reserve the right to revoke commercial-use rights retroactively for content that violates the Content Policy or that was generated in a way that violates our Terms (for example, through a chargebacked payment or a bypassed filter).

Refunds and failed jobs

If a paid generation job fails for technical reasons, the credits are refunded automatically. See Refund Policy for the full policy.
