Why we have a content policy

This site is built for creators, marketers, and short-form content teams, and we want the Service to stay safe for those use cases. This Content Policy covers what you can and cannot submit as prompts, upload as reference images, or generate as outputs on the Service.

Prohibited content

You may not use the Service to create, upload, or share:

  • Illegal content under the laws that apply to you or our operations.
  • Sexual content involving minors, including any depiction that sexualizes or exploits a minor. This is a zero-tolerance category and will result in immediate termination and, where required, reports to the appropriate authorities.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery, including deepfakes or likeness-based content of a real person without their explicit consent.
  • Deepfakes of public figures created to mislead viewers about events, statements, or actions.
  • Hate speech and targeted harassment, including content that dehumanizes or incites violence against a protected group or an individual.
  • Extreme violence and gore created purely for shock value.
  • Content designed to enable real-world harm, including instructions for weapons, dangerous chemicals, malware, or mass-casualty planning.
  • Intellectual property violations, including attempts to replicate a copyrighted character, trademark, or brand identity without authorization.
  • Fraud, scams, and impersonation, including content designed to deceive people into sending money, credentials, or personal information.

Your responsibility for inputs

You are responsible for the prompts you write and the reference images you upload. If you use a brand mark, a real person's likeness, a copyrighted character, or a photo you did not take, you are responsible for securing the rights to use that material.

Enforcement

If we detect or receive a report of content that violates this policy, we may:

  • Remove the content from our servers.
  • Block the generation job or future jobs with similar inputs.
  • Suspend your account pending review.
  • Terminate your account for severe or repeat violations.
  • Report content to law enforcement where required by law.

Credits used on generations that violate this policy are non-refundable.

Safety tooling

We rely on a combination of automated filters from our infrastructure providers and our own review to enforce this policy. Automated filters can make mistakes in both directions — we may block content that was legitimate, or allow content that should have been blocked. If you believe a job was blocked in error, contact support with the job ID and we will review.

Reporting abuse

If you see content on or traced to the Service that you believe violates this policy, email support@swayclip.com with as much detail as possible, including URLs or job IDs. We take reports seriously and investigate them.

Changes

We may update this Content Policy as the platform, the law, and the underlying models evolve. Material changes will be communicated on the site.
