Pricing questions
Cancel anytime from settings. Monthly plans stop at the end of the current billing period. Annual plans keep delivering monthly credits until the paid year ends, then stop renewing.
Yes. New monthly or annual subscriptions are refundable within 7 days of purchase if you've used fewer than 10% of that period's credits. Failed generations always refund credits automatically. See the full [refund policy](/refund-policy) for details.
Subscription credits don't roll over — each billing month gets a fresh allocation. One-time Credit Pack credits never expire.
Failed generation jobs return credits automatically. You should not pay for upstream or infrastructure errors.
Buy a one-time Credit Pack or upgrade your plan. Your existing generations stay yours; you only need credits to create new ones.
Yes. Free credits and promotional credits may be limited, changed, or unavailable for abuse prevention, fraud prevention, regional availability, or operational reasons.
